xNode License (NFT) Conditions

By acquiring an xNode License NFT through the official Synthelix Node Sale, the holder gains both functional access and legal participation rights within the Synthelix decentralized infrastructure network.

This license represents permission to operate a validator node (xNode) within the protocol — enabling participation in uptime verification, performance tracking, and secure agent execution.

Rights of the xNode License Holder:

  • ✅ Operational Rights: The holder is permitted to activate and maintain an xNode, which contributes to the Synthelix AI-DePIN infrastructure by verifying the performance and reliability of deployed agents, GPT modules, and dApps.

  • ✅ $SYNAI Reward Eligibility: Active xNodes earn periodic $SYNAI rewards, proportionate to their task completion, uptime, and reliability as tracked by the protocol.

  • ✅ Rewards from Partner Projects: Selected partner ecosystems may distribute bonus token rewards to xNode operators based on individual node performance.

  • ✅ Perpetual Licensing: The xNode License NFT is non-expiring, meaning holders retain the right to operate indefinitely — provided ongoing compliance with performance and participation requirements.

Responsibilities of the License Holder:

  • ⚙️ Auto-Update Agreement: The holder consents to the xNode infrastructure being automatically updated as needed — including performance modules, verification logic, and compliance packages — in order to uphold the protocol’s standards.

  • 🧾 Policy Compliance: Use of the xNode License NFT implies full acceptance of Synthelix’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and any KYC/KYB procedures required for validator eligibility.

Legal and Governance Note:

By participating in the xNode program, holders acknowledge their operational role within a decentralized network. All staking, reward eligibility, and node activity is transparently recorded on-chain.

Synthelix reserves the right to upgrade licensing protocols or adjust validator requirements via DAO-based governance at any time.

This structure ensures that all license holders operate within a clear and fair framework — maintaining the integrity, scalability, and reliability of the Synthelix AI network.
